Brett Bodenmiller is the Equipment Production Manager at Ventex Corporation, with nearly two decades of experience supporting and sustaining critical semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Having progressed through field service, engineering, and production leadership roles, Brett brings deep technical expertise to the refurbishment and delivery of complex components, including wafer tilt stages, robots, and steppers. His background includes reverse engineering, production supervision, quality control, and engineering design support. Brett has led key operational initiatives at Ventex, including the design and buildout of a new 7,000-square-foot laboratory and the successful relocation and optimization of production, warehouse, and inventory operations. Focused on execution excellence, he drives efficient refurbishment processes, supports customer and service troubleshooting efforts, and ensures lab and facility readiness. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San José State University and is committed to maximizing equipment uptime and protecting customer yields worldwide.
